Here are some of the benefits of using Airtracks for training and workout.
I have been training on Airtracks for about 3 years now and it's really good training for my body. I have never been in better shape, and I am sure my Airtrack plays a big part in this. Beside my Air track training I also do some Fitness training, some light weight training and a little bit of running. But my primary training is on the Airtrack which I use at least 4 times a week.
Should you be interested in Air track training too, I suggest you find a local gymnastic club or something like that and ask if they have one you can try. Maybe one of your sporty friends got one, they are willing to let you try at their place? Then you can at least get a rough feeling if it's something you would be likely to enjoy. An Airtrack can be a little expensive, so it would be awesome to buy one and then found out that it's not something for you at all. But that rarely happens though, most people I have talked to who have bought one, still love it and don't regreat it at all.
The best part is when you train on it with one or two of your friends, and get to challenge each other, help out each other learn new jumps and flips. Not that training alone isn't fun too,it's just a bit more fun when you do it with friends. Just like everything else.
